The 4-storey mixed-use townhouse project, designed and constructed by An Lac Phu, was developed for two retired Customs officers, with the goal of creating a stable, long-term living environment combined with efficient commercial use.

Based on the practical needs of homeowners entering their retirement years, the project was carefully planned to ensure:

A commercial space on the lower floors, easily accessible and adaptable for various business purposes.
Residential spaces on the upper floors, providing privacy, tranquility, and comfort suitable for senior occupants.

The architectural design adopts a clean and modern style, with clear structural lines and a well-balanced façade that offers openness while maintaining privacy. Interior layouts prioritize functionality, ease of use, and comfort, minimizing unnecessary complexity in daily activities.

Construction materials were selected for their durability, structural reliability, and low maintenance, ensuring long-term usability. Lighting, ventilation, and structural systems were carefully engineered to support safety, energy efficiency, and smooth operation in a combined residential–commercial setting.
